FLM Design Studio LLC was founded by Frenchesca Johnson in 2023 and is based in San Diego, CA. FLM Design Studio specializes in e-design interior design services for residential property investors and developers. While designing the concept of your properties to attract your target market FLM Design Studio will keep in mind your business objectives and challenges, ROI, and need to quickly list the property on the market for sale or rent.
About the Founder
Frenchesca Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in Facilities Planning and Management. Through her professional experience in Facilities Management, Move Management, and Space Planning for over 12 years she has gained experience in not only managing and overseeing projects but also in building a rapport with clients, vendors, and Property Managers. The ability to communicate effectively in detail and being a good listener for her clients has been her greatest skill set that attribute to her building connections with others.
Frenchesca’s experience in space planning for clients has contributed to her skills for doing proper floor plan layouts that create a flow within a space including for small and/or intricate spaces. When in the process of designing floor plan layouts she is also mindful of the scale of the furniture.
Outside of Frenchesca’s professional experience, for many years she has an interest in real estate investing, interior design, and real estate. In 2015 Frenchesca obtained and currently holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson license and is a member of the Women’s Real Estate Investing Network (WREIN) since 2021.
In 2019 Frenchesca completed the Interior Design certificate program with New York Institute of Art & Design (NYIAD). After successful completion of NYIAD interior design program Frenchesca received the Residential Interior Designer Qualification Certification (RIDQC) in 2020 and became a member of the Designer Society of America (DSA).
Through Frenchesca’s professional experience and personal interests she founded FLM Design Studio LLC to support the interior design needs of residential real estate investors and developers.
