FLM Design Studio provides one room and full house e-design interior design service packages to choose from depending on the needs of your investment properties. We are willing to travel within San Diego County to view the property if needed.

FLM Design Studio also provides a 1 hour consultation to resolve your design issue.

Essential One Room E-Design Package

A Welcome Questionnaire to help refine the project details.
90-minute consultation via Zoom to understand what your needs and/or goals are for your space, how you live and your design style (includes reviewing your inspiration photos)
2 Design Layouts of the space with furniture to scale for your review and approval
- Per your approval of the final design layout that you choose, I will proceed with the design of the chosen layout in more detail
Mood board includes chosen furniture selection, accessories, and etc.
Styling and a creative way of working with any existing items and advice on where to put things.
Allowed up to 2 revisions in total with the design services within the package
Includes 2 weeks to email me for advice or to ask questions after the final design package has been provided to you. Implement the design at your own pace.

Essential Premium One Room E-Design Package $2,145

90-minute consultation via Zoom to understand what your needs and/or goals are for your space, how you live and your design style (includes reviewing your inspiration photos)

- Per your approval of the final design layout that you choose, I will proceed with the design of the chosen layout in more detail
Mood board includes chosen furniture selection, accessories, and etc.
Shopping list to include selected furniture, along with links to the vendor and exact products
Propose furniture and items to be within budget and of the right style, size, and shape
Allowed up to 2 revisions in total with the design services within the package
Includes 2 weeks to email me for advice or to ask questions after the final design package has been provided to you. Implement the design at your own pace.

Color schemes for each space with the exact paint colors/wallpaper and fabric names chosen
- Will include a paint schedule identifying which walls are to be painted in which color (if they differ)
Mood board includes chosen furniture selection, accessories, and etc.
Shopping list to include selected furniture, accessories and window treatment along with links to the vendor and exact products
Propose furniture and items to be within budget and of the right style, size, and shape.
